Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Harmoniq, an orchestra management platform operated by HarmoniqSuite ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Invitation-Only Access
Harmoniq is a closed, invitation-only platform. Access is granted exclusively to individuals who have received a direct invitation from an authorized administrator of their orchestra or ensemble. Self-registration is not available. If you received an invitation in error, please disregard it and contact the sender.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer or share your account with others.
3. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to operate the platform — such as your name, email address, and contact details. This information is used solely by authorized administrators to contact you and manage orchestra operations.
-
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
-
We do not share your personal information with outside organizations for marketing or commercial purposes.
-
We may use limited technical tracking (such as performance metrics and device/browser statistics) solely to improve application speed and ensure the platform works well across the devices our members use. This data is never used for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Your data is stored securely and accessed only by administrators of the organization that invited you, and by us as necessary to provide and maintain the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Harmoniq only for its intended purpose — managing and coordinating orchestra or ensemble activities. You may not:
-
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
-
Upload content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
-
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content comprising the Harmoniq platform are the intellectual property of HarmoniqSuite. Content you upload (such as repertoire data, schedules, and member information) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to Harmoniq but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any disruption to your use of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HarmoniqSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify administrators. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms or how your data is handled, please contact your organization's administrator or reach us through the platform.
