We created HarmoniqSuite to support Orchestras of all sizes and budgets. It's important to us that our platform remain affordable and accessible for everyone. Our pricing is based on Group level, as assigned by the League of American Orchestras.

Step 1 

Complete sign up form

Complete the sign up form below to start the process. You can submit your Venue and Contact csv's on your form, or send those in later! 

Step 2

Billing setup

Once we receive your sign up form, we'll reach out within 1-2 business days to confirm your details and provide a link to setup your billing account. 

Step 3

Get to work!

After your billing account is setup and confirmed, you'll get an invite to access your new HarmoniqSuite account and get to work!

Step 4

Onboarding Support

Each organization receives 3 hours of on-boarding support, to be scheduled at your preference. We can help you get familiarized with the platform, and consult on how you can adjust your workflows to work with HarmoniqSuite.

Daniel's Orchestral Search + Import

An API token is required to search and import the Daniel's Orchestral Library from HarmoniqSuite. API Tokens are a $35 add on to the annual Daniel's subscription. Please go to Daniel's Orchestral Library to purchase your API subscription and provide the token below. This is not required and can be added at any time after on boarding.

Setup Files

To help facilitate your on boarding with HarmoniqSuite, we can import your Organization Logo, Contacts and Venues to help you get started! Not quite ready? You can skip this section and we can always import your contacts and venues later.

Organization Logo

Your logo will be used in the display on HarmoniqSuite, in emails and other communications sent from HarmoniqSuite.


Logo requirements:

  • Thumbnail Logo

  • Minimum size: 512x512 px

Contacts Import

Please provide all contacts in a .xlsx format and include all musicians, guest artists, staff and other contacts. A template for how to format your contacts is provided here.

Venue Import

Please provide all venues in a .xlsx format and include all event venues. A template for how to format your venues is provided here.
